Blind Fitness Annual Surf Clinic - Saturday, July 11, 2026 The Blind Fitness Annual Surf Clinic is a signature community event that brings together individuals who are blind or have low vision for a powerful and joyful day at the beach. In partnership with Surf Happens and Wayfinder Family Services, this inclusive experience offers participants the opportunity to learn how to surf in a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment. With guidance from experienced instructors and trained volunteers, participants are supported both in and out of the water - making it possible to explore something new, build confidence, and connect with others. More than just a day of surfing, the clinic is about expanding what feels possible. It’s about movement, independence, and shared experience - where participants, volunteers, and partners come together to create a strong sense of community. Whether it’s a first time on a surfboard or a return to the ocean, each moment is rooted in trust, teamwork, and celebration. We invite you to be part of this meaningful day - whether as a participant, volunteer, or supporter - and help us continue creating accessible and empowering outdoor experiences for the blind and low vision community.
