This class blends sound healing, breathwork, mindful movement, and guided meditation to awaken the senses and foster inner calm. Gentle, accessible postures with clear verbal cues support confident movement, while singing bowls, chimes, and breath practices create a soothing soundscape for deep relaxation. All levels welcome - no yoga experience needed. Come connect body, breath, and spirit in a supportive, sight-free space. All proceeds from this event directly support Blind Fitness, empowering individuals who are blind or have low vision through adaptive fitness, outdoor recreation and community advocacy.
