 Blind Fitness Joins the Nite Moves Summer Sunset Series! We’re excited to share that Nite Moves has invited Blind Fitness to be part of their Summer Sunset Series—a vibrant weekly event centered around fitness, fun, and community! It’s a joyful celebration “built around a run,” and we’re thrilled to be included June 25, July 23 & August 27! Blind and low vision participants, along with their volunteer guides, can join in for just $20. It’s a fantastic opportunity to get moving, soak in the sunset, and connect with others in a joyful, inclusive environment. Come run, walk, or cheer with us—let’s make this summer one to remember! Participation Details Blind Fitness Rate: $20 per pair (Includes one blind or low vision participant and one volunteer guide) When: Wednesday 6:00 pm: June 25th – RSVP by June 23 Where: Leadbetter Beach Park 801 Shoreline Drive, Santa Barbara, CA 93109 Who: Everyone is welcome!  Description: The Blind Fitness Beach Walk & Run is a wonderful opportunity to get outdoors, move your body, connect with others, and help raise awareness for the blind and low vision community. Join us Saturday, June 7, 2025 from 9:30am - 11:30am. Date: Saturday, June 7, 2025 (Upcoming Dates: July 12 & August 9) Time: 9:30am-11:30am *Mandatory new volunteer orientation at 9am* Who: All people who are blind or have low vision, along with their family, friends, and community members. RSVP: Blind, low vision participants and sighted guides, please register by Thursday, June 5, 2025. Location: East Beach parking lot, at west Cabrillo parking lot near Cabrillo Pavilion Bathhouse. Nearest address is 1118 E. Cabrillo Blvd, Santa Barbara CA 93103. We congregate at the end of the west parking lot near the men’s public restroom, outdoor showers and bike racks. Look for the Blind Fitness flag. If parking in the public lot, please be sure to pay at the pay station upon arrival.
